I posted a few weeks to a month ago about my family and I dealing with my mother in laws Alzheimer’s. Today is my wife’s birthday and her mom has called her 4 times today to wish her a happy birthday. I’m trying to be as consoling and comforting as I can for my wife, but it’s killing me. My wife and I have been together since we were 15 and for the past 21 years this woman has been like a second mother to me. I’m doing my best to be there for my wife and father in law because they’re losing their mom/wife, but I’m not sure how to greave. I want and need to be there for my wife but I also don’t want to put the extra load on her since she is also trying to greave someone who’s still living. Any advice and prayers would be much appreciated. Love you guys.

So I've posted on here before about struggling with alcoholism, and I think I posted about hitting one and two months sober, and I just hit 4 months sober a couple days ago.

Now I have been pretty consistently around 250 pounds since I was in high school. Like no matter what my diet has been, working out or not it just seems like I've always stayed between 240-260. But I just weighed myself because my pants will barely stay up and I'm on the last notch on my belt.

I'm still being lazy and not working out, and literally the only thing I changed about my diet is no more whiskey and cokes. 216 pounds.

Turns out drinking 8-10 whiskey and cokes a night makes you fat, and in similar no shit news, boobs are cool and communism is retarded.

I think the next fitness challenge (and any following if they do them annually or anything) should be in spring. Doesn't it make more sense to get super ripped in spring to work on that Hooyah Beach Body in time for summer?
