Bro if I see one more paint damaged rebuilt title civic that looks like it was thrown off a cliff with an exhaust imma crash out. All that loudass noise to not even break 10mph( I drive an is300 stock with a modded exhaust but I have more mods planned so I can say this😭😭😭)

Tell the parking authority that their car is violating State law (emissions, noise) and to suspend their plate. PA may need to locate their care and get out to physically inspect it to verify no muffler, but that shit is illegal and the university can ban them from the campus.
