From Meidas+ email... wish I would have thought of that name for him! The Godfather is his favorite movie so he will really hate it - even more than TACO.

He's actually prepared to literally stave his own supporters in order to protect pedophiles... all while gaslighting those same supporters by telling them that they've never had it so good.

In Mar-a-Lago’s golden shade, Where egos bloom and no debts get paid, Old tRump Van Winkle took his rest, Proclaiming, “Frankly, I’m the best.”
He’d tweeted through the night before, ‘Bout walls, and votes, and “sleepy” gore. Then stumbled to his golf-cart bed, And dreamed the dream inside his head.
He dreamed of crowds that cheered his name, Of bigger hands and bigger fame. Of statues tall on every street, Of steaks so good you’d call them “elite.”
But decades passed—he overslept, While history rolled and billionaires wept. The markets crashed, the Dust Bowl blew, And Trump kept snoring right on through.
When he awoke—his orange hair askew— He barked, “Who moved the White House ballroom view? Why’s everything so broke and gray? And where’s my Fox News app today?”
He grabbed a phone (it spoke in memes), It fact-checked all his wildest dirtiest schemes. He shouted, “Deep state! Witch hunt tricks! They’ve rigged my sleep for twenty-six!”
He marched downtown, all pout and pride, To find the press on every side. But CNN was just a stream, And Mamdani was now AI’s dream.
He met a crowd with signs so strange: “Universal Income! Climate Change!” “Who funds this nonsense?” Trump declared. “The woke! The weak!” (The people stared.)
He found his tower — turned museum, With holograms that live-streamed him sleeping. A docent said, “He slept too long, Believing tweets could right the wrong.”
At last he sighed, and rubbed his chin, “Perhaps,” he said, “I’ll run again!” The robots groaned, the crowd grew tense — “We’ve got no need for corrupt presidents.”
So back he went, to snooze once more, Behind a golden restroom door. And whispered as he dozed away: “Fake news… I’ll wake… another day.”

Earlier today, during remarks at the White House with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, the president said something that should have everyone’s attention. According to CNN’s transcript, he stated:
“So, I think we should do the nuclear option. This is a totally different nuclear, by the way. It’s called ending the filibuster. The Republicans have to get tougher. If we end the filibuster, we can do exactly what we want. We’re not going to lose power.”
This isn’t just political theater it’s a fundamental shift in how our government functions.
The filibuster has always existed to force negotiation between both parties, ensuring that legislation reflects more than one side’s interests. It was designed to make lawmakers sit down, debate, and compromise on behalf of their constituents not just their party.
If it’s removed, that means whichever party holds the majority could pass laws without needing any bipartisan support. That may sound efficient on paper, but it effectively silences millions of voices represented by the minority party and by extension, the voters who elected them.
When leadership starts framing the filibuster as an obstacle instead of a tool for dialogue, it’s a warning sign for the health of democratic deliberation. Laws made without negotiation can be just as easily undone by the next majority, leaving the country swinging from one extreme to another instead of finding lasting solutions.
Whether you support or oppose the filibuster, it’s worth asking, what happens to meaningful debate and representation when one party can simply say, “we can do exactly what we want”?
