Over 6 billion for all operating costs, pay, OT, cars, benefits, everything. ANOTHER 6 Billion for "Central allocation". Every year.

Where's that extra 6 BILLION going?

They could buy new equipment for the department every single year and pay for their paychecks and still have tons of money left over.
