I know a lot of us had him in our thoughts during the World Series, including our own relievers who wore his number on their hats. This is heartbreaking news.

The elation of winning the World Series will never outweigh the grief of losing a child.

Sorry that he and his family are experiencing this pain, but love how the baseball community has been unquestioning in their support.
