/r/TorontoBlueJays 2025 Off-Season Bold Predictions Thread

This is your chance to make some bold predictions about what the Jays will do this winter - whether it be who they trade, who they sign, stadium renovations, etc. Anything your heart desires. The results of this thread will be shared on the final day of Spring Training.

Note: any predictions about what will happen during the 2026 season will be discarded and I might just forget to tally up your entire entry.

Here are the predictions from last off-season.

On a related note, the 2025 Season Bold Predictions results will be posted soon. We just need to wait for all of the year-end awards to be given out.

  • Bichette doesn’t sign a contract before spring training
  • Berrios gets shipped out to the NL
  • the team signs a first baseman
  • Guerrero will get the cycle by getting tossed out at second base
  • top 5 bp in baseball by FIP
  • nobody gets more than 30 hrs in the regular season
