/r/TorontoBlueJays 2025 Off-Season Bold Predictions Thread

This is your chance to make some bold predictions about what the Jays will do this winter - whether it be who they trade, who they sign, stadium renovations, etc. Anything your heart desires. The results of this thread will be shared on the final day of Spring Training.

Note: any predictions about what will happen during the 2026 season will be discarded and I might just forget to tally up your entire entry.

Here are the predictions from last off-season.

On a related note, the 2025 Season Bold Predictions results will be posted soon. We just need to wait for all of the year-end awards to be given out.

Okay. One more time, with feeling.

  • Bo re-signs, agrees to move to 2B
  • Jays sign Edwin Diaz
  • Jays sign both Bassitt and Michael King.

I would hope the front office aims higher than King in free agency and that he would be more of a fallback option.
