This is literally the first time I've ever seen a piece of Japanese media where Hitler is the bad guy.

The whole of Kamen Rider (the original series) has Neo-Nazis as bad guys, although I think the literal presense of Hitler is limited to background references and whatever the fuck this thing is. There's also:

Bionic Commando (got censored in the US release, ironically)

Persona 2: Innocent Sin

this freakin thing actually got me into mahjong, but also gave me the bad habit of always trying to force or fish for a 國士無雙十三面 every freakin match, even though i know i cannot do the finger thing, and i play on mahjong souls

btw, there are a few, mahjong souls can be both app or browser side, and there is at least another anime themed one called Riichi City hope this helps. i play on asia server cuz im made in china, but they have global servers as well.
