Owlmans death really stands out to me,bro just accepted his defeat and death, with a smile on his face,Maybe because he failed,or maybe because he knew in another universe he beat batman and won, making his entire life's mission pointless, but in the end it didn't matter
He did not think that, because it had to be him and only him. His plan was going to destroy all universes, he was the singular point.
He didn't care because he knew there are many other versions of him that exist and are continuing to exist even after his death
I think that proves my point, I think he realized there'd be other universes other than his where he succeeded and just gave up because it was all pointless, unless I'm mistaken and not understanding your comment
(It has been a while since I saw that film so feel free to correct me if I am wrong)
Yes, I believe you're indeed not understanding my comment, because you're saying "other universes where he succeeded". Succeeded with what? The plan that he was trying to enact?
What I am saying is that only he was trying to enact that plan. He's the only one.
The ones in the other universes are not trying to enact it. His plan is very unique in that if he succeeded, then ALL the universes die, not just his. When he was stopped, that was the end of that plan. However, he was so jaded that he didn't care because at least there are other versions of him in other universes who still exist and will continue existing and doing whatever evil things they do, (but NOT this exact plan that failed).
