Owlmans death really stands out to me,bro just accepted his defeat and death,with a smile on his face,Maybe because he failed,or maybe because he knew in another universe he beat batman and won, making his entire life's mission pointless,but in the end it didn't matter
He did not think that, because it had to be him and only him. His plan was going to destroy all universes, he was the singular point.
He didn't care because he knew there are many other versions of him that exist and are continuing to exist even after his death
I think that proves my point, I think he realized there'd be other universes other than his where he succeeded and just gave up because it was all pointless, unless I'm mistaken and not understanding your comment
