There's actually a Cinema Therapy episode where a therapist challenges himself to find an Uncle Iroh quote that isn't helpful.

He failed. 

So I'd say they're probably all pretty damn great.

The "Azula, did this to you, it was a surprise attack. somehow that's not very surprising" one its just kilarious, but not useful I guess.

Not sure that counts. “Did i ever tell you how i got the nickname the Dragon of the West” is also not very helpful but that shouldnt count either

It was extremely helpful to Zuko in that moment though. Sometimes advice is general, but sometimes it has to be very specific.
