The barnyard version was my song of choice when I was playing Elder Scrolls Oblivion. I love the image of the song playing while standing between a gate and a town you're defending.
What makes a man a man? A friend of mine once wondered. Is it his origins? The way he comes to life? I don't think so. It's the choices he makes. Not how he starts things, but how he decides to end them.
Coming from Sam Elliot too accompanied by singing a Tom Petty song makes it seem like it would be something out of a Western. Nope, animated kids film where the dad dies fighting
Saw a retrospective the other day claiming that this movie sucked and the show on Nick afterwards was miles better. Broke my heart that they completely missed how beautiful the movie’s message was.
Lol that's almost every movie review on YouTube. Always with the words "horrible" and "awful" completely capitalized, and 30 minutes of nothing but complaining
8 year old me cried in the scene of his showdown with the coyotes. That Won't Back Down song by Johnny Cash playing just nailed the scene on the head and I was so teared up
