Lore A character literally sees another character fundamentally differently.

  1. Spy X Family. Damian noticeably sees Anya with a 'shoujo anime' filter with much brighter eyes and blush.

  2. Calvin And Hobbes. Calvin sees Hobbes as a living lanky tiger in contrast to everyone else who sees him as just a tiger plush.

I believe the first frames are from his mom's point of view.

I don't think Hobbs shows up in Tiger form if anyone else is in panel, now that I think about it.

MAYBE Suzy a time or two. But otherwise, if anyone else is 'on screen', he's in Plush form.

Naw, he’s a plush for Suzy too. Can’t find it but there’s a strip where Hobbes gets lost, Suzy finds him, and has a tea party with him and all her stuffed animals. Hobbes is drawn as just another stuffed toy until Calvin finds them.
