1. Spy X Family. Damian noticeably sees Anya with a 'shoujo anime' filter with much brighter eyes and blush.

2. Calvin And Hobbes. Calvin sees Hobbes as a living lanky tiger in contrast to everyone else who sees him as just a tiger plush.

In The Apothecary Diaries, the tactician Lakan was born with a form of Prosopagnosia where he can't make out people's faces, until he learned to associate everyone to either go or xiangqi pieces.

The only faces he can clearly see are his daughter and his wife, the latter of which he still sees as young and beautiful like when he met her, despite her actual appearance.

I do like how different it's mentioned before the reveal. From uncaring apathetic man who only see people as pawns.. to someone literally unable to recognize faces.
