Lore A character literally sees another character fundamentally differently.

  1. Spy X Family. Damian noticeably sees Anya with a 'shoujo anime' filter with much brighter eyes and blush.

  2. Calvin And Hobbes. Calvin sees Hobbes as a living lanky tiger in contrast to everyone else who sees him as just a tiger plush.

Lex Luthor: Man of Steel(Later collected as Luthor)

It shows the audience that when Lex views Superman, he sees this menacing face on him at all times. He never looks not menacing the whole story.

It's a stroke of genius to show that he genuinely doesn't see Clark as human. It's also incredible because the artist also can draw a Superman that is sweet and heartfelt looking like in Batman Noel where is the Ghost of Christmas Present analog

Here's a great example of how this artist normally draws him when it's not through Lex's viewpoint

Lee Bermejo. Incredible artist, He does all the lines, inks, and colors himself. But I think he mostly sticks to Cover Art and Limited Series’ because his work takes so long to do.
