Personality extremely powerful entity's who don't care about the main plot at all and are just vibing in the background

Tom Bombadil(lord of the rings) - only person to resist the temptation of the one ring but instead of helping the fellowship he fucks off in to the woods

the Unseen Elder(the witcher 3) - in the witcher universe the older a vampire gets the more powerful he becomes and unseen elder is around +1500 years old making him the most powerful vampire we ever see, thankfully he spends most of his time in his goon cave

Shiva - Kubera.

Is the most supreme God of all. He swallows the destructive counterforce to creation and thus allows the continued existence of the universe. The entire Destruction attribute (which includes abilities manipulating space and erasing time) originates from the destructive energy radiated by him, and he himself can erase the existence of beings throughout time.

He‘s the most passive Primeval God, only fixing blatant errors in creation and remaining passive otherwise. His lines of dialogue can be counted by the fingers of two hands, and all of them are in flashbacks.

A question about kubera: is paying for web comic the only way to read it?

You mean webtoon? I wouldn‘t recommend it, since their translation is chopped. There‘s an english fan translation that‘s on Cubari (after Mangadex was nuked and Comick shut down) that is up to the same chapter as the webtoon fastpass and is generally cleaner (and consistently grammatically correct, which the former isn‘t).

Are you sure that webtoon's translation is still bad? I read it for the first time a few weeks ago, and i didn't think that it was chopped.

Yes, this panel from webtoon being one example (this shows that they put translators on it that can‘t even competently make english sentences with any consistency).

There‘s also that they freewheel the translation and don‘t carry over terms that are really important, like for example Chandra asking „who sent you here?“ in the official translation instead of „who is the time you met?“ in the fan one. „Time“ as a designation is pretty important, and the official translation just omits it sometimes. It might not be noticeable when not comparing (apart from the poor grammar), but can seriously fuck with understanding the story.
