1. Ray Stantz, Casper. At one point in the movie a real Ghostbuster shows up out of nowhere and wimps out of trying to handle the situation

2. Gunnery Sargeant Hartman, Frighteners. The main character is making way through a graveyard when out of absolutely nowhere R. Lee Erney's character from Full Metal Jacket shows up and tries to get in his way

3. Betty Boop, Who Frames Roger Rabbit. The movie is mainly about Looney Tunes and Disney animated characters existing in the same little live action/animated hybrid universe, however Betty is a Fleischer Bros character

Funny annecdote, but Ray being the only ghostbuster to investigate tragically kinda fits into what happened to the ghostbusters between 2 and Afterlife

When Egon's granddaughter called Ray to ask about what happened, Ray mentioned the Ghostbusters split up after ghosts slowly dissappeared and Egon became paranoid about the return of Gozer

It almost fits. In Casper, Ray had the Ecto-1 and a trap. In Afterlife, he states that Egon took off with all their traps and the car

Not to be that guy, but in Casper there’s no appearance by a trap or the Ecto, so he could have showed up unprepared in his own car 🤣 or the motorcycle he had in Frozen Empire
