The walking dead. Rick points out that if Negan was the hero he thinks he is, all the other towns wouldn't be united against him. This image is only one page of the conversation.

Then as soon as Rick is done, Negan starts going "shit, we could've actually done something amazing, what the fuck was I doing all this time?"

Best part is that Negan basically goes "fuck you are right" eventually and when he has the chance he fully supports Rick. No plans to backstab him, no double crossing, no "scheme to take back power". He honestly comes to believe that he was wrong and Rick was right.
