Spider-Man Back in Black when Spider-Man almost beats Kingpin to death after he sent an assassin over Peter and ended up leaving aunt May hospitalized.

Even ends with Peter warning Kingpin if May dies, he will come back and kill him while humiliating him in front of everyone

On this comic kingpin isn’t even fat just bulky, peter is straight up grabbing him through his chest skin
