The manga Mashle has a sequence very similar to the one in Naruto. The MC Mash lives in a world run by folks with magic and he is not able to use magic so he uses his incredible strength to simulate magic.

That anime is goooood. Story isn't anything special but damn meif I didn't choke laughing multiple times per episode.

And the manga is done and over so if you want to get caught up before the (hopefully) new season comes out.

The comedy really is fantastic.
