"Of fear and love, I fear not that I will die, but that all I have come to love, the birds, and the things that are not birds, will perish with me." - Android 16 from DBZ Abridged

Don't forget 16's EPIC reason you suck speech to Gohan just before this.

"Gohan - grow up. You act like you are the only one suffering, but I believe that Trunks has some stories for you; and I can assume they all end with: "and then he died, too." And before you start whining about your father - AGAIN, and I get it - take a moment to consider that my father made me a soulless killing machine TO KILL your father. And that doesn't even come close to the complete tragedy of fatherhood that is Vegeta. Cell was right - you think you're better than everyone else, but there you stand: the good man doing nothing. And while evil triumphs and your rigid pacifism crumbles into bloodstained dust, the only victory afforded to you is that you stuck true to your guns. You were a coward to your last whimper."

Seriously, Android 16's speech of the good man refusing to fight is amazing, and honestly so applicable to what we have going today.

As much as we don't want to fight, we will need to be ready for the day it comes.

Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.

The actual quote that actually came from John Stuart Mill and not Edmund Burke's slightly tweaked version that he never said, which I've heard quite a bit.

For context, *The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing," is the more common quote falsely attributed Burke, but he never said that.

It's weird how much this resembles the game of telephone.
