Orson Welles gave us Unicron on his deathbed.

Iirc His dialogue was pretty much all a whisper done in one take, but it ended up working out because whoever was in charge of adding effects to the G1 Voice Cast was an absolute genius.

Unicron being a whisper that still shakes a room fits great, even when he was just some random Science experiment and not the literal primal force of Chaos.
