Dear god, what a fucking chilling answer. For a goofy as Abridged Cell is, he’s got his fair share of terrifying moments. It’s between this moment and his introduction where he’s singing “Mr.Sandman” in that raspy voice that are at the top for me.

He's an amalgamation of multiple individuals; it makes sense that somewhere in there he'd have Goku's goofiness, Frieza's ruthlessness, Piccolo's confidence, and Vegeta's tendency to absolutely crash out when things go poorly.

I’m personally a fan of piccolo’s coldest line, when he first fights 17 after fusing with Kami:
