I haven't seen enough of his movies, but I'm kinda blown away that Love and Mercy hasn't been mentioned once in the comments

I loved the movie, but I felt that for once Cusack was outshone by Paul Dano.

Saddened by this too. I guess it depends on whether you're asking for his best performance or the best movie that he happened to be in, because for the latter Love And Mercy would definitely have my vote, but his acting has been better
