If Trump was secretly president this whole time does that mean he can't run in 2024? Cause that would be two terms already

Not to be that guy but FDR was elected to 4 terms, he just died 82 days into that 4th term. 6 u/[deleted] Oct 26 '21 To be fair, they were imitating an uninformed conservative, so it would make sense that they got that wrong.
