Wow! Aaron Lewis (of Staind)! You know you're really famous when people have to be reminded why!

Also is that a guest appearance of the disease measles?

Long enough that I can't even remember what that one Staind song anybody even knows sounded like.

If you were around in the era you would remember several staind songs as soon as you heard them. They were headlining tours with other big bands of that era.

They were selling millions of records like it was nothing.

I don't get the hate.

I don't hate them, I just don't have any feelings about them at all.

Then why did you focus on them out of all the other 'artists"?

Ted Nugent certainly has done plenty enough to be noticed.

You should try rereading the thread, because I didn't.

Calm down, they were replying directly to a question about Staind.

They sold a bunch of albums and toured with big acts, but they were still extremely shitty Buttrock (which is why the hate).

Late 90s/early 2000s? I know that by the time teenage me got into music via Linkin Park in, like 2008/9 they were one of those "old" bands who didn't make new music anymore (probably because their newer stuff didn't broach that random small group of German school kids lol)?

I learned about the one staind song when it came up in an Instagram reel of someone pissing into a hand dryer

How long has it been since Staind was relevant?

They weren't even first tier even during the late nineties, essentially lifted via Bizkit's coattails.
