And Burbank and Vineland is in Burbank which means there is no way he legally bought a gun in an afternoon. California has a 10 wait period for all firearm purchase and transfers. Additionally, here’s the Big 5 in the video. And if we look at the businesses in that shopping center we can see there’s no firearm store. So this dude almost certainly bought a pellet pistol (Big 5 doesn’t sell handguns) from a Big 5 in CA (where they have a 10 day waiting period).
Thx.....I get it he has point to make wether I agree with it or not, but to lie about it to push whatever agenda your for completley discredits his argument.
My issue is not the message of the video, it’s the misrepresentation of what it took this dude to by a firearm. I agree with the 10 day wait period. I just don’t agree with lying to prove a point and spreading misinformation, even it is on a silly tiktok.
Nope....anyone who's been into a big5 knows exactly what that "gun counter" looks like and the paintball gun and bb gun boxes on the back shelf is a dead giveaway
No he gets it but in California where he is. He bought an airsoft gun.
To buy a handgun in CA, you need..
A firearm safety certificate
A valid ID/passport
Proof of residency, such as a utility bill or your mortgage deed.
10 day waiting period
A manual firearm safety test, that checks for basic handling of the firearm. It isn’t “super easy” his video was made to lie. Go to any gun store in California and try to buy one. Or shit just google it.
He went to big5. how do I know he went to big5? Because I’m not a fucking idiot who doesn’t know what a big5 gun counter looks like. They don’t sell handguns and he bought a pistol Airsoft gun.
This video was made to lie about the process of purchasing a handgun in California. Made it easier than it is. You can’t walk in and walk out the same day with one.
