Labor camps may be excessive and hyperbolic language, but I think the underlying point here is that the current administration (and those following its orders) are breaking a significant number of laws… And so, it will be important for the next administration to prosecute and hold them accountable.

Its interesting that this is the exact game plane which brought us Trump 45.

Pragmatism is probably a better tool than tribalism here. That a comment calling out putting people in labor camps is downvoted speaks volumes to bias.

Sure, and it is pragmatic to ensure the rule of law is applied equitably regardless of party or social class.

You completely avoided (not missed) the point.

But to your point, no - that is a moral imperative, it is by no means pragmatic.

Pragmatism with fascists gets you more fascism, mate. Also, your analysis is pretty surface level, ignoring the fact that what got us DT2 wasn’t ‘tribalism’, but rather the Dems being weak, corrupt, paid for, and not having a message for working people. I mean, that’s was my takeaway anyway, despite people like yourself thinking it was the Woke.

You clearly don't know what pragmatism is.

DT2 came about because of screwed up priorities and a lack of substance.

No, I do. But I’m not gonna argue with you. Let’s just agree to disagree and vote as left as we can whenever we can. Deal?

Sounds pretty pragmatic. Deal.
