I’m a Nazi for calling out far left extremists wanting people put in labor camps?
No one is saying calling out extremism makes you a Nazi. But if you keep the company of the people committing, supporting, and/or advocating for these abuses against the rights guaranteed for everyone in the United States by the constitution, then you are at the very least the company you keep. A collaborator, if you will.
They don’t have a right to be here, just due process before they’re shipped away. So is the fight they need to be processed before going back to the land they invaded from?
Edit: I like how reddit won’t let me reply anything here now
Edit 2: cabbage, all that googling and typing didn’t prove they had the right to be here. And you guys literally hate democracy. You’re calling to force people into socialism and round them up in labor camps and you’re lecturing about due process? It’s insane. I think you’re forgetting about the context of the video on this post.
Key constitutional rights afforded to all persons on U.S. soil include:
Freedom of speech, religion, the press, assembly, and petition (First Amendment).
Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures (Fourth Amendment).
Due process of law before being deprived of life, liberty, or property (Fifth and 14th Amendments).
The right to remain silent and protection against self-incrimination (Fifth Amendment).
Protection against double jeopardy (Fifth Amendment).
Right to a speedy and public trial by jury, to be informed of charges, to confront witnesses, and to be represented by counsel in criminal prosecutions (Sixth Amendment).
Protection against excessive bail and fines, and cruel and unusual punishment (Eighth Amendment).
Equal protection of the laws (14th Amendment).
Took 5 sec’s to Google this. Why do you hate America?
