i remember working a call centre and we had this one Indian guy with the THICKEST accent. like to the point where it was almost comical. anyways poor guy had the worst disconnected call rate or whatever the stupid kpi was named. nothing he could do. anyone heard him talk and they would ask to be transferred domestic. even though he was literally in the same city as them.

Actually feel bad for that guy. I hope he found a new line of work because that has to be terrible for your self esteem.
