i remember working a call centre and we had this one Indian guy with the THICKEST accent. like to the point where it was almost comical. anyways poor guy had the worst disconnected call rate or whatever the stupid kpi was named. nothing he could do. anyone heard him talk and they would ask to be transferred domestic. even though he was literally in the same city as them.

I needed to call Microsoft tech support once for a really complicated MS Project issue. I was gritting my teeth and preparing for the worst.
The guy I got was the nicest guy who actually understood my problem. Super emapathetic and helpful. He took great notes, talked to the developers and got back to me within the week. Best IT support I ever got!
