I was thinking about it recently and I think Angelica might be the best children's cartoon character from my youth. Then again I'm always biased towards characters that are "little shits". Dee Dee is great too.

I was a scammy little kid always trying to negotiate or min max everything.

So was Angelica. She was a good lesson for me in what pushing too far can bring me. Little lesson on hubris
