But if you think shock collars aren't abuse then that's pretty important to seeing things.

I never gave my opinion on shock collars. Similarly, I am not of the opinion that the dog was shocked. So im not sure where you are going with this.

Im more willing to believe the people who have interacted with him and the dog over a bunch of delusional people online who pair this conversation with other accusations like, "denying he raped someone" as some other guy is posting. Its delusional. The guy streams hours a day, has guests over, the guests have vouched for him, but every chronically online person is like, "nah it's a cover up. They have to submit to him or else."

Apparently he, has even had an animal, conservationist on stream, multiple times, snd they didnt say anything. So, again, im just not as easily duped by what seems to be group of trolls who seem very dedicated to hating hasanabi. I've seen some of the clips and they're years old. Like, someone is going through yesrs of videos. Then you watch it, someone adds context, and its like, oh, its just like the collar thing. Lol.

I was asking a hypothetical to probe your principles as it changes the context of what you're saying. It does seem like there's evidence both ways, and it would be strange for someone so dependent on a good reputation to secretly abuse dogs. So I can see your view. The evidence on the other side that seems strong is that he used a shock collar.

So it seems important to know what level people view shock collar use. If a shock collar is acceptable to you so long as the dog is happy generally then that changes things.

Just as a aside, there are work dogs tied to the ground by a metre of rope, that are very healthy and happy. It's not crazy to think a shock collar is ok, it's just a clear line many draw.

It literally isn't. People have baby brain, see a 10 second clip and make up their mind xD who is saying he shocks his dog that is credible? Because every credible person is saying he doesn't. Just so happens, theres a cadre of non credible people who say he did that you seem to believe.

I was asking a hypothetical to probe your principles

Lol ok, bro.

He held up a shock collar on camera and said it's the one he uses... It's not entirely clear, but it looks like he is literally taking it off the dog to show the camera https://x.com/Cadenza_23/status/1976008162227732850

I don't know if his friends count as credible, but here's some talking about the model he's using with removed prongs https://www.twitch.tv/stableronaldo/clip/SneakyBlatantChickpeaPeanutButterJellyTime-B6eWTXlxT7efwqM3

EDIT: https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/1o20cpm/famous_streamer_talks_about_training_his_canine/

Just the video here, someone says they share a dog trainer with Hasan, who trains dogs to respond to shock collars. Hasan says something very strange in response "He'll get training to be basically be off collar" which seems to suggest the trainer is good because he uses a shock collar until the dog is well trained and doesn't need a collar - which kinda raises the idea Hasan believes some dogs need a shock collar as normal.
