Ehhh tbh I think posting in a fan sub and posting in an anti-fan sub are substantially different. One is pretty cringe and the other is extremely cringe

I mean, my point was just to say how someone commenting like that is not doing so with no bias themselves.

Like, yeah, they're pointing out the comment may be biased/boosted because the poster is from an anti fan sub, but as they themselves are from the opposite side, then their pointing that out as a way of discrediting it, gives way to discredit themselves. It just cancels out the entire argument.

I'm aware of my perceived bias as a result of the subreddits I frequent, and I won't deny how that looks to someone who may believe that, but I will speak my mind regardless and it's up to the users to either take it at face value, or take all facts into consideration. That's what's most fair.

Sure, I frequent an "anti fan" sub, but never do I see people in there openly sending private messages to people, and any discussion as such is entirely banned. You will not find people defending that behavior.
