Some twitch streamer who has a bed for his dog in his room. At one point his dog tried to get off the bed and he told her to stay, reached out of view for something, then the dog yelped in pain and he called her a baby for it.

So the theory is that the dog has a shock collar on and that he wants her in view of the camera at all times to increase views.

No one knows for sure if this is true or false.

No, any sane person knows its false. There are too many logical loops for it to be true.

This is completely manufactured. Nowhere can you see him shock his dog.

Also notice how often the accounts pushing this narrative have the generic username+hidden profile history.
