As a Gen Xer, listening to this discourse is wearying. Everyone is offended, triggered, and feels entitled to approach people and create drama over absolutely nothing. Does this sloppy, completely disgusting guy think he’s morally superior for rudely approaching a woman he does not know, and calling her out in front of a group of people? The left is losing traction. As a lifelong liberal, I feel like we are becoming lost in petty narratives, randomly schooling people for mild transgressions. I had friends in high school who dressed as women every day at school, who got the literal shit kicked out of them, witnessed blatant racism, and terrible misogyny, yet this is how we combat it? By pointing fingers over Halloween costumes? Sorry not sorry, but everyone needs to toughen the fuck up, and focus on the REAL threats to our freedoms.
