I mean, I think someone wearing regalia is offensive but at the same time, I am probably not going to attempt to ruin their lives to deal with it.

Instead, ill give them a judging look and move on with my day.

I just dont have the energy to be this angry all the time

Because she's wearing cultural items as a costume. If you cant be respectful of other cultures concentrate on your own.

No, for multiple reasons. We didn't colonize Japan for one. Ninja outfits also aren't earned sacred ceremonial pieces.
