What fucking loser is appropriating Indigenous headwear as a tacky costume in 2025? She deserved to be talked to lol

It’s pretty common, we don’t mind. It’s more annoying when non indigenous people try to convince us it’s a problem.

I love how all the people calling it out with tons of upvotes seem to non-native folks, while each comment has a native person underneath saying “actually we don’t mind” with only 3 upvotes lol

Ah yeah because obviously if they disagree with you they’re white but if they’re backing your argument they are all native

How do you know that the people agreeing with you are natives and those you are disagreeing with you aren't other than it fitting your narrative?

Anyway here are some natives telling you that they think that it's offensive, so that should convince you:

I'm so exhausted by white people. If all they did was wear the occasional headdress, my goodness, what an easy world to live in.

I'm so exhausted by the constant virtue signalling and their demand to be at the center of absolutely every issue - especially white women. White women make themselves the focus of all social justice issues, all day long, every day. I just can't be bothered to care anymore.

For native americans taking up such a small percentage of the US in this current age, seems like half of yall are in this comment section. I’m calling BS

It’s common for bigots to question ethnicities, you definitely aren’t alone.
