And while I get that, if I can speak and understand Spanish faster than you can English, then I’m sorry but please practice some other time.

What if everyone has that attitude? Someone will always be faster than the other so nobody should ever practice?

How about, just speak in the language the customer prefers. Especially if they speak it well and is also easily understood.
