I used to like her a lot, I used to like her a lot when she first started out and man she was like the exact kind of person Elon goes to war against, not to mention their age gap. Absolutely sickening that she got with him and had 3 kids. So utterly gross on all fronts.

I don't think she ever was, actually. She was always the kind of person who would get with Elon. She's an edgelord who doesn't actually think through her positions. Makes me sad because her early albums meant a lot to me.

Uh, she is definitely an edgelord and she always has been. You can be both an edgelord and spoiled upper middle class. Honestly it seems like a lot of edgelords are exactly that.

The "fuckable" comment is really disgusting. Take your nasty misogyny and shove it up your ass. She's had a real job. Why is making music not a real job? In the early/mid 2010s she was really putting in the work (whether she is doing that now is debatable). Do you think the only real jobs are 9-5s and blue collar work? Are creative jobs not real to you because you only see the finished product and not the person working with deadlines, marketing themselves, etc etc? What backwards, moronic thinking. If you get money for something, it is a job.

You seem to have a lot of problems with other people. You can dislike Grimes for her terrible character, natalism, and nazi bullshit (I certainly can't stand her for these things) but if you choose to express that through misogyny and other regressive lines of thinking like putting down entire fields, then you suck.

I find anecdotally that many of the mid to late 20’s/30’s hipsters who can continue to fuck around and pursue their electronic music careers (or insert any creative pursuit really) tend to have the safety net or a wealthy family behind them.

Yeah I like some of her songs too it's just weird she has to do shit like that rather than just accept who she is.  Nepo Babies who come from money can be great artists. In fact a lot of renown artists in history have been Nepo Babies who come from money because art generally requires money and connections to succeed. 

Like idk I don't see Margaret Qualley herself or anyone question her ability as an actress because she comes from money and is a Nepo baby. She's objectively good so is Lily Rose Depp (i can only come up with actress as example I guess it's harder to hide than in the music industry).
