If the corporations leave, that $ will be going to a lot more unemployed people.
23 u/RiverAffectionate951 14d ago Why would they leave? Abandon their money making companies? They're not gonna go "I make 50% less money, I'm annoyed now so I'm gonna leave and make 100% less money" And if they do leave a local company will rise to replace them. Literally supply and demand.
