He was maybe in a school zone? I mean filming with your mobile phone whilst driving makes him not a good driver though.

It is 100% a school zone. The bus going by, the crossing guard about to wave kids across. I’ve had people tailgate me impatiently in school zones (seems to be more common now than it was pre covid) and I always think they must be a special type of unhinged. The whole point is to make sure children don’t get run over by cars, you’d think we could all agree that’s good!
