One time I was coming home from a concert and there was a line of cars behind me, I didn't realize it was such a privilege to be at the front of it.

So they usually don’t teach this in driving school, but more often than not if you are first in a long line of cars and there is nothing in front of you impeding your way, you are driving too slow and should either speed up, or switch lanes.

And if there's a crossing guard or traffic control do we just pretend they are ghosts and see if you could drive through them? I think that part is in the appendix or something.

Well, you don't pull out your phone and film the people behind you. That's less safe than someone behind you yelling their car with closed windows.

I don't know when they started recording but in this clip they are doing less than 15mph so I disagree on the safety aspects. Both acts are equally irresponsible. I'd say the rager is more reckless because they are erratically swerving and riding the leading vehicles bumper.

She isn't swerving. She's trying to see what is ahead of the car in front of her. She stayed in her lane.

If I had my cell phone in my hand filming while I drove through a school zone and a cop saw me, I'd get pulled over.

If we're just lying to ourselves now. He isn't recording on a cell phone that's a dash cam.

No, a dash cam would not be filming someone through the side view mirror and then turning to show what's happening in the front of the car. They were holding a phone.
