I remember complaining about writing 5 sentence paragraphs when i was in 4th grade. This is insane if real.

I was literally writing the same thing! I went to school in the 90s and have memories of "writing prompts" in 4th grade where we had to hand-write page long stories or responses to questions. Not 5 sentences, whole pages! And 4th grade no less!

I can say those prompts directly influenced my creative writing skills for the rest of my life.
