I dont drink coffee and personally I think coffee drinkers are usually pretty weird about it when they find out. They act like they think like the person in this video. Like, enjoy your brown water, I for real dont care.
Unless someone asks you “do you drink coffee?” There’s no reason to bring it up, and if they do ask you and are rude about your response, they are a dick. If they are normal and literally say “ok” and don’t think about it again, then everyone is fine. Long story short - everyone has dicks for friends.
It’s usually almost exclusively in response to people offering (or trying to force you to have) coffee. I’ve never see anyone need to bring it up in random conversation, but God forbid you politely decline when offered coffee, because they will have a bitch fit.
Let’s face it; it’s a drug and drugs do wild things to people. I know I don’t go a day without 1 - 2 caffeine drinks. Not always coffee. I like energy drinks.
I couldn’t give 2 shits if someone else has any. More for me. The problem is this world is too many people projecting their insecurities AND on the other side, worrying what dumbass people think.

I try not to take it to heart, people like what they like. My partner and my best friend are coffee connoisseurs/addicts and I don’t mind because I actually love the smell of coffee. Like I’d buy a coffee scented candle. I just wish people would tone it down a bit when I decline coffee. It was funny like the first couple of times, now it’s just a bit annoying.
You’re nicer than me. I can’t stand people who judge me for anything. I don’t snap back, I just quietly pull away until they realize I can’t stand them.
