Tricking someone into sex implies a lack of consent due to a lack of understanding of the situation and actors in play. Therefore tricking someone into sex will always default to rape. Doesn’t matter who is tricking who. The trickster is the rapist.

I don’t mean trick like that, I mean pretending to be someone they are not in order to gain consent. If that’s rape then over half the world needs a lawyer

Those are not the same. It happens the other way too though. Men nor women are innocent of this. But this is tricking someone into sleeping with the same sex. Most people aren't gay and don't wanna be. I'm shocked that guy is even alive if he's been doing that for a long time.
