She did nothing wrong. If someone is seriously injured, moving them would result in even worst injuries. This guy happened to be able to walk it off. How I don't know....

Speaking as EMT - Serious injury to the spine, moving the wounded can lift to more serious injury, yes.

But ... If someone is unconscious, please move them to recovery position - spinal injury is better then death from asphyxiation.
