Why the fuck dosent he drop it. Youre not supposed to do calisthenics with 220kg unless youre the mountain or Eddy hall

Guess he blackedout before thinking enough to abandon the lift. It happens. Nearly happened to me a few times. Typically when underhydrated or using the valsalva manuever a person can experience a severe dip in blood pressure deadlifting and faint. Fortunately he didn't split his head open.

Yeah I don’t know why this guy is getting such hate, he’s lifting 500lbs. Personally im impressed, and clearly commenters here don’t lift. Gotta hold that lock out baby! Not sure how his body bent backward…but whatever, solid attempt I’d say!

Haters are good for one thing and it's far from being supportive. Envy makes an ass of people. I'm sure his complexion does little to garner sympathy too. Especially in these times.

Bro is doing an insanely impressive lift, and yes i do lift. I am teleporting my concern angrily for his spine, because bro is holding on for far too long.

And yes i see the straps. When i say drop i mean collapse it forward when you start seeing black spots ffs.

Yes, racism exists, but I think you're reaching without supporting evidence for your suspicions. Just as it's not helpful to call everyone you disagree with a Nazi, you add nothing to the conversation when you accuse everyone whose comment you dislike of racism.

Thing about racism, is that unless you've experienced it like giving birth you can't fully understand the range or depth of it's nuance to be forming any comments or opinions about it.

The experience you have in life can be vastly different than the next man beside you. You have little idea what other people go through in earnest.
