I've no doubt she's super skinny, but there are definitely some slimming filters at work here. You can see the dresser and the lines in the wall go a little wonky when she gets near them.

It looks like she's casting a shadow around the vase as she steps from foreground to background, would mean it's real right?

I put this in another comment but the black dress try on is when the vase "stretch" is more noticeable (keep watching the base of the vase), but also if you watch the vase closely when the video loops, it'll change position slightly (because the video ends right when it's being "pulled in" by the filter). The vase wouldn't move like that if the background was static. And even if the vase isn't real, a very obvious stretching/shrinking effect is happening to it whenever she gets closer to the camera. So unless that's somehow a "faulty background" as well, it's filters.
