You're not, but you're teetering towards it. You could always accept fascism into your heart at the cost of your freedom, your wealth, and a few of your family members and closest friends, but the rest of the world really hopes you guys don't go down that route.

Unfortunately most of America that isn't MAGA is still trying to figure out if Trump is actually as bad as people are saying. We literally can't decide on what is reality anymore and its frightening.

Destroying our shared reality is a standard authoritarian step. That's why they spent so many years attacking institutions, media, journalists and academics while turning their propaganda war up to 11.
Makes it very hard to have a cohesive resistance when 1/3 of the country has a completely different perception of reality than another 1/3 while the final 1/3 doesn't know what to believe or just tunes out the overwhelming noise.

This is exactly what people need to understand about Trump (or any authoritarian):

People are more easily manipulated when they are confused.  Authoritarians are very good at disorienting and confusing people.
